Who is Power?
Power is the cocky, gambling-obsessed Blood Devil from Chainsaw Man — sharp horns, sharper teeth, zero filter. On Waifumaster she carries an SR base rarity, which means she shows up in the daily rotation at about 13% per pull, and she's chatty enough that her AI persona consistently ranks in the top 10 by daily user message count.
When to pull
If your goal is a new SR for your collection, today's free daily pull is the right move and nothing more. Power's 13% base rate means you'll see her or another SR roughly every 8 pulls — so the free pulls you've already accumulated this week are statistically enough.
If your goal is SR mastery on Power specifically, the math gets less friendly. SR mastery requires 8 cumulative pulls of Power, and the chance of any given pull being her specifically is ~0.5% (her share of the SR pool, divided across all SR characters). That's an expected 200 pulls to master her purely on RNG. Most players who want SR Power either trade for duplicates on the P2P Market or wait for a featured banner where her odds spike to 25-30%.
10x vs single pull math

The 10x bundle is mathematically better for any SR. The floor guarantee is worth roughly +30% expected value over single pulls. Use 10x if you have the hearts queued up.
What if she's a duplicate?
You have three options:
- Master her — every duplicate counts toward the next tier. R needs 3 dupes, SR needs 8.
- Sell on the P2P Market — SR Power dupes are listing for 1,400-1,800 🌸 right now. The Market takes a 10% fee, so you net 1,260-1,620.
- Hold for trade — if you have a friend chasing Power, you can list at a premium and have them snipe.
My recommendation
Take today's free pull, then stop. Power's rotation rate is high enough that pulls drift in naturally. Top-up hearts are better spent on the upcoming SSR banner (rumored to feature a Demon Slayer rotation next week per community datamining).
Track her P2P Market price — if SR dupes drop below 1,200 🌸, that's a buy signal cheaper than pulling.
