When to pull — daily-free pulls vs paid pulls, hard-pity math
When deciding whether to pull on the current banner, consider your daily free pulls and paid pulls. The hard-pity system in Waifumaster guarantees a certain rarity unit after a specified number of pulls. For N rarity units like Serena, this means you are guaranteed to get her or another N rarity unit after a certain number of pulls, making it a relatively safe investment if you are looking to strengthen your team with a high-rarity unit.
10x vs single pull math at this rarity tier
At the N rarity tier, the pull rates are generally lower compared to lower rarity units. However, pulling in sets of 10 can increase your chances of getting the featured character, Serena Cadenzavna Eve. The math behind 10x pulls versus single pulls at this rarity tier shows that while single pulls can be cost-effective, 10x pulls offer better value in terms of guaranteed pity and increased chances of pulling the featured character.
What if she's a duplicate — trade vs master vs unlock
If you pull Serena Cadenzavna Eve and she is a duplicate, you have several options. You can choose to trade her for other valuable items or units, master her to increase her stats and abilities, or unlock her for use in your team. Each option has its benefits, depending on your current team composition and needs.

Based on Serena Cadenzavna Eve's unique skills and the current banner, I recommend pulling for her if you are in need of a strong N rarity unit. Her abilities make her a valuable asset to any team, and the hard-pity system ensures that your pulls are not entirely random.
