My pull spent hearts but I didn't get a card

It happens rarely when the art queue backs up. Hearts are refunded automatically within 5 minutes — check /wallet for the refund line. If you still don't see hearts back after 30 minutes, submit a ticket below with the approximate time and your account email.

I bought hearts (USDT) but they haven't arrived

On-chain confirmations take 5–30 min depending on the chain. Pending top-ups show in /wallet under "Recent transactions." If it's been over an hour, send us the transaction hash and we'll trace it.

I want a refund

Hearts purchases are refundable within 14 days if you haven't spent them. Submit a ticket with "Refund" in the topic — include the top-up date and amount. Spent hearts (used for pulls or trades) can't be reversed because the underlying renders / trades already happened.

Someone bought my listing but I didn't get hearts

Trades settle instantly when a buyer hits Buy — the hearts land in your wallet the same second. If you're missing a payout, check /my-listings → Trade history. Submit a ticket with the listing ID if it's still missing.

My account is locked / I can't log in

If you mis-typed your password too many times, the lockout clears after 15 min. If you forgot the password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. If neither works, submit a ticket from the email tied to your account.

I want to delete my account

Submit a ticket with topic "Privacy (GDPR/CCPA)" and we'll wipe your account and personal data within 30 days. Card collection / pull history are anonymized but kept for fraud prevention as allowed by law.

I want to report another user or content

Use the topic "Abuse / safety report" below, or email [email protected] directly. Reports of content depicting minors get top priority — every character in the game is a fictional adult performer aged 22+ per our Terms, but if anything slipped through we want to know.
