Adult performers, not the source characters. Waifumaster characters share names, visual cues, and personality traits with characters from various copyrighted works. Each named persona on this platform is a separate, fictional adult performer — comparable to a costumed actor on a stage, or an adult-entertainment performer working under a stage name. All performers are presented as 22 years of age or older regardless of any age depicted in the original source material.
Reinterpretation, not reproduction. Where a source character is depicted as a minor in original material, Waifumaster's reinterpretation presents that performer as an adult of at least 22 years. We do not generate, host, or distribute material depicting any character as a minor under any circumstances. Anatomy, body proportions, contextual cues, and accompanying text are deliberately and verifiably adult.
No real-person depiction. No character on Waifumaster represents, is intended to represent, or claims to represent any real, identifiable person, living or deceased. Likenesses are stylized anime renderings, not photoreal or recognizable portraits. Any incidental resemblance to a real person is unintentional.
Fictional, performative content. Conversations, scenarios, and artworks produced by or with Waifumaster characters are fictional dramatic performances. Statements, opinions, or scenarios attributed to a named persona do not represent the views, history, or character of any real person or the original work's authors and rights holders.
User submissions that prompt, request, or attempt to generate material depicting minors, real identifiable persons without consent, or any other prohibited content (Section 5) result in immediate, permanent account termination and may be reported to NCMEC and other relevant authorities.
You may use Waifumaster only if all of the following are true:
By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you represent and warrant the above. We may, but are not required to, request additional age verification at any time. False statements of age are grounds for immediate termination without refund.
One account per person. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Sharing accounts, automating logins, or selling/transferring accounts is prohibited.
Bots & automation. Scripted access to user-facing endpoints (other than the documented public APIs, if any) is prohibited. Waifumaster employs CSRF, origin checks, and rate limits; circumventing them is grounds for termination.
Multiple accounts. Operating multiple accounts to manipulate the trading market, achievement system, or any reward mechanism is fraud and will result in all linked accounts being permanently banned, with hearts forfeited and balances frozen.

Reports of violations: contact us or email the address listed there. We cooperate with valid law-enforcement requests under proper process.
Source-material acknowledgement. Characters on Waifumaster are inspired by, and named after, characters from various copyrighted works (anime, manga, video games, novels, VTuber personas, etc.). Waifumaster does not claim ownership of any underlying character name, likeness, or trademark. This use is asserted under principles of transformative fan-art reinterpretation, in jurisdictions where such use is recognized.
Rights-holder takedowns. If you are an intellectual-property rights holder and believe a Waifumaster character infringes your rights, submit a DMCA notice via the process at /dmca. Valid notices are processed within 14 business days. Counter-notices and the safe-harbor process are available.
User-generated content. By chatting, generating, or submitting prompts on Waifumaster, you grant Waifumaster a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and improve service quality using that content. You retain ownership of your prompts and any unique artworks you commission, subject to the rights of underlying model and character IP holders.
Generated images. Outputs are provided "as generated" with no warranty of originality, IP-clearance, or commercial-use eligibility. Commercial use of generated images is at your own risk and may require additional permissions from underlying IP holders.
Currency model. Waifumaster's in-game currency is 🌸 hearts. Hearts have no real-world monetary value and are not redeemable for cash. Hearts may be earned (daily streaks, achievements, trading) or purchased via top-ups (credit card via CCBill, or USDT on supported chains).
Top-up policy. Top-ups are processed by independent payment processors (CCBill for card, blockchain networks for USDT). All sales are final upon delivery of hearts to your account. We do not offer refunds for hearts that have been credited and partially or fully spent.
Unspent top-up refund window. If hearts purchased via card top-up are unspent and the purchase was made within the past 72 hours, you may request a refund via contact. After 72 hours or any spend, refunds are not available except where required by law.
Chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team result in permanent account closure and a permanent ban from re-registration.
P2P trading. Player-to-player heart transactions are between users; Waifumaster acts as escrow and takes a 10% platform fee. Waifumaster is not liable for disputes between traders beyond ensuring the technical integrity of the trade.
Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, store, and process your data. Highlights:
Waifumaster is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable; you use them at your own risk.
Liability cap. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waifumaster's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid in heart top-ups in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.
Excluded damages. In no event shall Waifumaster be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or emotional distress, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Waifumaster, its operators, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, demand, damages, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any rights of a third party, or (d) any content you submit, generate, or distribute through the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following:
You may close your account at any time via your dashboard. Closure forfeits unspent hearts and any pending trades. Refunds are not provided for voluntary account closure.
Updates to Terms. We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect 30 days after notice (posted on the site and emailed to your account); continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware. You and Waifumaster waive any right to a jury trial.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and DMCA Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Waifumaster regarding the service.
